이용권으로 예매하신 경우 취소 가능 기간이 아래와 같이 변경됩니다.

● 현재 규정 ( ~ 2025.12.31 )

• 탑승일 기준 2일 전까지 취소 가능

• 탑승일 기준 1일 전부터는 취소 불가

● 변경 후 규정 ( 2026.01.01 ~ )

• 탑승일 기준 3일 전까지 취소 가능

• 탑승일 기준 2일 전부터는 취소 불가

변경 적용일 이후 예매 건부터 새로운 규정이 적용되오니, 이용에 참고 부탁드립니다.

If you make a reservation using a ticket voucher, the cancellation period will be updated as follows:

● Current Policy (Until December 31, 2025)

• Cancellations are allowed up to 2 days prior to the boarding date.

• Cancellations are not permitted from 1 day prior to the boarding date.

● Updated Policy (From January 1, 2026)

• Cancellations will be allowed up to 3 days prior to the boarding date.

• Cancellations will be not permitted from 2 days prior to the boarding date.

The updated policy will apply to reservations with boarding dates on or after the effective date.

使用票券进行预约时，取消期限将按以下方式调整：

● 现行规定（至 2025年12月31日）

• 可在乘车日前2天之前取消。

• 从乘车日前1天起不可取消。

● 调整后规定（自 2026年1月1日起）

• 可在乘车日前3天之前取消。

• 从乘车日前2天起不可取消。

调整后的规定将适用于生效日之后乘车的预约，请知悉。

チケットバウチャーでご予約の場合、キャンセル可能期間が以下のとおり変更されます。

● 現行規定（〜 2025年12月31日）

• 乗車日の2日前までキャンセル可能です。

• 乗車日の前日からキャンセルはできません。

● 変更後の規定（2026年1月1日 〜）

• 乗車日の3日前までキャンセル可能です。

• 乗車日の2日前からキャンセルはできません。

変更後の規定は、適用日以降の乗車予約分より適用されますので、ご留意ください。
