Reservation Guide
- Tickets for the week 4 weeks later (Monday–Sunday) open every Tuesday at 07:00 AM.
- The QR code on the ticket is a boarding pass, and the barcode is a parking discount pass.
- Mobile tickets will be sent via KakaoTalk or email, so please enter your information exactly.
- If you need to park, please read the parking information on the website before proceeding with the reservation.
- Apart from online tickets, a small amount of on-site tickets are sold at the ticket office on a first-come, first-served basis, but they may be sold out early.
- Those eligible for the discount can only purchase on-site tickets, and please purchase them after presenting an ID or evidentiary document with a photo attached at the ticket office.
- If emergency inspections are carried out for safety, the operating hours may be adjusted without notice.

Cancellation/Refund Policy
If you would like to cancel, please cancel by selecting the course you booked on the confirmation and cancellation page.
If you make a reservation with a pass, you can only cancel it three days before boarding.
If the boarding time has elapsed, a refund is not possible even if you are not on board.
Cancellation refund may take up to five business days.
You cannot change the schedule after completing the reservation, and if you want to change the schedule, please cancel the reservation and make a reservation again.
If large-scale bookings and repeated mass cancellations for the purpose of ticket resale are identified, disadvantages may be imposed in accordance with our operating policy, including booking restrictions, service usage restrictions, restrictions on cancellation fee refunds, or non-refund of cancellation fees. All resulting responsibility shall rest with the purchaser.
