Yes, Beach Train and Sky Capsule tickets are free of charge for infants under 36 months old.

If requested by the staff, please present an age verification document such as a copy of your resident registration, family relation certificate, etc.

e.g. Two adults, one child over 36 months old, one infant under 36 months old -> Sky Capsule for 3 passengers.

        Two adults, two children over 36 months old -> Sky Capsule for 4 passengers.

The maximum number of passengers is 4 persons, so a 5-member family must be separated into two groups of 2 and 3 persons.

However, in the case of including one child who is 7(2018~) years or younger and the free-riding infant is under 36 months old, 5 passengers are allowed to board together with a fare for 4 persons.(Children over 36 months years old must purchase a ticket to ride the Beach Train.)

Please fold the strollers in the Beach Train/Sky Capsule.

Manual wheelchairs are allowed in the Beach Train, but they must be folded in the Sky Capsule.

The manual wheelchair rental is available at the ticket office, and the electronic wheelchairs are not allowed in both the Beach Train and Sky Capsule.

Suitcases are allowed in the Beach Train/Sky Capsule, but it is recommended to use the lockers located at Mipo/Cheongsapo/Songjeong stations due to insufficient space.

The Sky Capsule has the same space for 2, 3, and 4 persons, and the fare differs based on the number of passengers.

There are lockers at Mipo/Cheongsapo/Songjeong stations for the convenience of the visitors.

※ Notice for the locker usage.

1. The locker is a one-time use.

2. No additional prices are charged on the day of use, but you must pay for the extra charge after midnight of each day.

3. When keeping your items in the evening, please note that the extra fee is charged after midnight.

4. The locker is not powered from midnight to 6:00 AM, so it is not possible to retrieve your belongings late at night.

5. Please check the locker operating hours since an additional fee is charged even if the locker is not powered.

6. Only 1,000 KRW bill is allowed for use. Do not insert any other bills. Make sure to check your bill before inserting it, since the bills are not returned once inserted.

7. Please remember your PIN to prevent any risk of losing your belongings.

The number of Sky Capsule passengers per trip is limited, so early boarding is not allowed. (When arriving late, please repurchase the ticket after canceling the previous reservation. A cancellation fee may be charged.)

It is required to board the Beach Train at the initial reservation time, and passengers must standby at the platform until 10 minutes before the reservation time.

Please pay for the extra fares at the on-stie ticket office before the boarding time.

Ticket purchase is available at on-site ticket office if there are any remaining seats.

The online ticket purchase is open from 2 hours after the current time.

Late passengers may ride the next train only if there are remaining seats left and after the passengers who made their reservations board first. Boarding may be restricted after 30 minutes of the boarding time.

Changing the boarding time is not allowed. Please cancel your reservation and then purchase a new ticket.  A cancellation fee may be charged. (An online ticket purchased at the official website on the same day of the ride can be cancelled before the boarding time without a cancellation fee.)
