Reservation Guide

  • Changing the reservation date and time is not allowed after reservation is done. (A new reservation need to be made after canceling payment.)
  • Boarding reservation will not be fixed until completion of payment.
  • If completion of payment is not confirmed by midnight (12pm) on the day of reservation after reservation, it will be canceled automatically.
  • For inquiries on group reservations of 30 or more people or other issues, please contact the Customer Center Group Reservation Inquiries.
  • It runs normally even on rainy days. (However, operation may stop in case of natural disasters such as heavy rain or typhoon)
  • Operation hours may be adjusted if necessary for your safety.
  • Refunds will not be allowed if you do not attend or arrive within the boarding time without notification on the day of departure.

Beach Train Safety regulations

  • 1. When you get in or out of Beach Train, please follow the instructions of the staff.
  • 2. Refrain from any dangerous actions in the Beach Train.
  • 3. Please get off the Train once the Train comes to a complete stop.
  • 4. No alcohol and smoking are allowed in the Beach Train.
  • 5. Boarding can be denied to those who are drunk or cause any problems.
  • 6. Children and people with mobility problems, such as the elderly or the disabled, should seek assistance when riding the Beach Train.
  • 7. Pets are allowed only in case in a carrier.
  • 8. We have no responsibility for an accident by carelessness of passenger and the loss of belongings.
  • 9. If necessary for the safety, the operating time can be adjusted.
  • 10. The Train may temporarily stop for the safety reasons.

Sky Capsule safety regulations

  • 1. When you get in or out of Sky Capsule, please follow the instructions of the staff.
  • 2. Refrain from any dangerous actions in the Sky Capsule.
  • 3. Please get off the Sky Capsule once comes to a complete stop.
  • 4. Children and people with mobility problems, such as the elderly or the disabled, should seek assistance when riding the Sky Capsule.
  • 5. Boarding can be denied to those who are drunk or cause any problems.
  • 6. Pets are allowed only in case in a carrier.
  • 7. We have no responsibility for an accident by carelessness of passenger and the loss of belongings.
  • 8. If necessary for the safety, the operating time can be adjusted.
  • 9. The Sky Capsule may temporarily stop for the safety reasons.

Refund Policy

Refund for cancelled reservations will be subject to the below refund standard in order to establish a correct reservation culture. Please note it carefully before reservation.

If canceled within an hour after payment has been done, no refund fee is applicable.
