[Sky Capsule] How should I travel back to the initial place of departure?
A
You may either reserve the Beach Train ticket departing from your destination or purchase a one-way ticket at the on-site ticket office to return back to the initial place of departure. It is also possible to purchase the one-way Sky Capsule ticket.
A single Sky Capsule trip takes 30 minutes, and it takes 10 minutes for the Beach Train between the Mipo-Cheongsapo stations.

[Sky Capsule] reservation for departure between 12:00~12:30. What if I arrive later than 12:30?
A
Late passengers may ride the next train after the passengers who made the reservations board first. Boarding may be restricted after 30 minutes of the boarding time.
Changing the boarding time is not allowed. Please cancel your reservation and then purchase a new ticket.
A cancellation fee may be charged. (An online ticket purchased at the official website on the same day of the ride can be cancelled before the boarding time without a cancellation fee.)

A
You may arrive between 10:00~10:30 and board by the order of arrival.

Only a few on-site tickets are sold at the ticket office. Please note that the Sky Capsule tickets may be sold out before noon.

[Beach Train] Are seats assigned for the passengers when riding the Beach Train?
A
No seats are assigned for any persons, so you may freely use any unoccupied seats.
Passengers may stand if all seats are occupied.

[Common] Are trains operated on rainy days?
A
The Beach Train and Sky Capsule are normally operated on rainy days. (However, operation may stop in case of natural disasters such as heavy rain or a typhoon.)

[Common/Ticket] I have lost the boarding ticket. Is it possible to reissue the ticket?
A
Tickets are not reissued in any cases. Please do not lose your ticket.

[Common/Ticket] Is a refund possible after making a reservation?
A
An online ticket purchased at the official website can be cancelled before the boarding time, and cancellation fees are charged depending on the remaining period. (20% cancellation fee before 2 days, 30% cancellation fee before 1 day, 50% cancellation fee on the day of boarding, no refund after the boarding time.)

[Common] Are pets allowed to board?
A
Pets are allowed to board only if using a case, bag, or other pet carrying items with zippers where they can hold the entire body of the pet including the head. However, guardians are fully responsible for any incidents related to the pets due to improper management or negligence. Please take care of your pets to ensure you do not disturb the other passengers.
