Haeundae Blueline Park Leads Korean Tourism through Global Social Media Engagement
Wins the Prestigious “Korea SNS Awards” for Two Consecutive Years
Haeundae Blueline Park received the Grand Prize in the Corporate Category at the 15th Korea SNS Awards, held on October 16, 2025, at the Seoul Press Center International Conference Hall.
This marks the second consecutive year of winning the top honor, reaffirming its outstanding performance in global social media engagement as a leading Korean tourist destination.
Established in 2011, the Korea SNS Awards is the nation’s most prestigious social media recognition program. It evaluates the social media performance of corporations and public institutions through quantitative analysis, expert assessment, and user voting. The event is organized by the Korea Social Contents Promotion Association and sponsored by the Ministry of Science and ICT.
Haeundae Blueline Park has been at the forefront of promoting Korean tourism to the world by sharing diverse content with global followers — featuring its Instagrammable landmarks, such as the Sky Capsule and the Haeundae Beach Train.
In particular, the park’s official characters, Harry the Sea Otter and Lulu the Seagull, have strengthened its friendly and engaging brand image through creative character marketing.
User feedback praised the park’s SNS channels for effective storytelling tailored to each platform, strong communication, and being “a must-visit travel destination.”
Currently, Haeundae Blueline Park communicates with audiences worldwide through six official channels — Blog, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Xiaohongshu (RED).
Notably, the Xiaohongshu (RED) channel, launched to target the Chinese market, surpassed 1.2 million views within just three months, showcasing the park’s popularity among MZ-generation travelers in Greater China as a must-visit “hot place.”

As a central hub connecting the Haeundae Special Tourist Zone and the Osiria Tourism Complex, Haeundae Blueline Park has achieved numerous milestones:

Included twice consecutively in the “Top 100 Must-Visit Tourist Attractions in Korea” by the Korea Tourism Organization.
